Composition of the parliament

• Chairman · Vice-Chairman

  The chairman and vice-chairman are each elected by secret ballot in the plenary session, with a term of 2 years. The chairman represents the council and plays a central role in overseeing the council's operations, while the vice-chairman acts on behalf of the chairman in the event of their absence.

• Member

  The district councilor is elected by the ordinary, equal, direct, and secret vote of the residents of the district, serving as their representative. The council is composed of a total of 10 members, with 2 to 3 elected from each electoral district (9 from local districts and 1 from proportional representation), and the term is 4 years.

• Committee

  The committee consists of standing committees and special committees. The standing committees include the Committee on Parliamentary Operation, the Committee on Administration and Finance, and the Committee on Welfare and Construction, which are organized according to the departments of the executive body. Special committees are formed and operated to review specific agenda items.

• Office of the Company Secretary

  The Office of the National Assembly operates with the Secretary-General at its center, along with specialists, the Legislative Team, the Speaker's Team, the Assembly Promotion Team, and the Policy Support Team, to ensure that the Assembly can fully engage in activities reflecting the opinions of the citizens.
